Helping women struggling with stress

I'm Darsh and I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist. helping women get free from the stress and anxiety that is keeping them stuck. I do this through one to one sessions and programmes using coaching, hypnotherapy and PSYCH-K®️ (an energy healing method). I am also a qualified nutritional therapist so I can advise how to support yourself better through nutrition.

How stressed you feel can depend on:
how comfortable you feel in certain types of situation
 - what else you are going through at the time
 - your past experiences and in particular how these have affected the way you feel about yourself
 - the resources you have available e.g. money, time etc.
 - the amount of support you have from others
 
Some situations that don’t affect you at all might cause someone else to feel stressed. This is because we are all influenced by our different past experiences. We also have varying levels of support and ways of coping. [mind.co.uk]

When we talk about stress we are talking about the effect challenges or pressures are having on us.

How I help
In my one to one work I focus on getting the the root cause of the stress. It is from working with numerous clients over the years that I have found that often it is not just the current situation that someone is going through that causes the stress but the combination of the current situation and being triggered by it more because of something that has happened in the past.​ Some examples could be people or situations bringing up rejections, lack of worth, not feeling good enough, not feeling valued, not feeling important and many more emotions that were experienced as a child. Sometimes the current situation can bring up past trauma which is when the stress can become unbearable. Just this awareness can be the first step in taking back control. The next step is to work through and understand and release the past emotions and the finally to allow new beliefs to emerge.

I also use coaching to support clients that are struggling with challenges and pressures through practical advice e.g. stress management techniques, nutrition and lifestyle

I work with an amazing and varied toolkit to help clients release the emotions behind the stress and change beliefs. The main and most powerful approaches I work with are Hypnotherapy and PSYCH-K.  These are the same approaches that I helped me to make a significant difference in my own life - so I, know they work. Both methods basically get to the root cause of problems to release the emotions and change beliefs. In addition I am a registered Nutritional therapist so can help you to support your body and mind better though nutrients and 
lifestyle.

How I work
 - 1:1 basis either face to face or online.
These are Hypnotherapy, PSYCH-K for deep subconscious work and coaching and nutritional therapy to help support making practical changes to life and diet.

 -Group stress management workshops to teach people useful tips and techniques to help manage their stress
these are 2 hour workshops run onsite at companies and groups that want to support their staff and associates

One to one sessions

I had been feeling particularly stressed with a situation and then saw an opportunity to experience a PSYCH-K session with Darshika. I went into the session without any knowledge of the PSYCH-K modality but Darshika explained it perfectly. Together we came to a goal statement that I wanted to work on (which I have been repeating to myself and it feels great!) I have recently completed the 4 week programme with Darshika. I have struggled with weight issues for a long time. I have also been feeling low and increasingly anxious over the past year, which has only exacerbated the negative relationship I have with food. I had battled with lack of self worth my whole life and I just wanted to be free of it. I had read a lot about RTT and felt that it was just what I needed. I wasn’t sure if it was the right time to do it though (not long after losing both elderly parents). I contacted Darshika who I found so reassuring and knowledgeable. I had no idea that ongoing stress had caused my knee problem. I had been off work for 9 months with my bad knee and was having scans, seeing consultants, specialists, physiotherapist and doing all the things I was supposed to do but nothing was working. I was generally anxious but my biggest problem was a fear of vomiting. It was getting worse and stopping me doing normal things likes just meeting up with friends. I just wanted to be able to go out and enjoy my life like everyone else without anything hindering me. After the RTT session I felt really relaxed and some things made more sense to me, which felt good. A week later I noticed some changes in that I felt less anxious. Four weeks later I just feel better in myself, I have more confidence, less anxiety and even though I did actually vomit on a recent trip. I’ve just finished my 4 week programme with Darshika and I’m feeling great. Before my session I had had enough and just wanted to get in control of my weight and health (in particular a chocolate addiction). 
 
I had heard good things about Rapid Transformational Therapy so I contacted a few therapists. They all sounded good but I felt most comfortable talking to Darshika and she also had a great mix of being professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. The cost was a big thing to overcome for me but for once I decided to put myself first and just go for it. I’m so glad I did, since our session I have lost weight, I am now so much more in control of my eating and eating less. Darshika came to our retirement village to give a talk about the power of the mind and to let the residents have an experience of hypnotherapy as a group.
