From a very young age, I was always been fascinated by the power of our mind. This led me to take a degree in Psychology when I left college.
As I grew up, my parents suffered from anxiety, depression and other physical illnesses and I came to realise, in time, that the source of their health problems were simply a state of mind.
My parents' issues even had an impact on how I viewed the world. I suffered from lack of confidence and self-belief and lots of minor health issues over the years.
In my search for answers I became fascinated in the healing power of food (for the mind and body) which led me to study Nutritional Therapy but it wasn't until I discovered Bruce Lipton 'The Biology of Belief' and Marisa Peer (Hypnotherapist) that I really understood the power of the subconscious mind and how it drives all our thoughts and behaviours and therefore the direction of our life.
I decided to train in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) with Marisa Peer and then PSYCH-K. Both approaches interested me because they work at transforming issues at the subconscious level.
For me personally, RTT and PSYCH-K have changed my life and set me on a mission to help free as many people as I can from the pain (emotional and physical) they are in.
Results are produced more rapidly than with standard talking therapies.
This is not a promise of a quick fix though, they are just effective techniques that get to the root of a problem. The person is allowed to expand their potential from what they are currently feeling and going through, which allows different outcomes to be possible. The onus is on the person being committed and making their own transformation. It is led by them as opposed giving their power away to a therapist.
Particularly with health issues, I tend to combine Nutritional Therapy to programmes
BSc. (Honours) degree in Psychology
Registered with GHR - professional association for Hypnotherapists
